The PECP Team

Plenary-Edgemoor Civic Partners (PECP)

Plenary-Edgemoor Civic Partners (PECP) brings the technical expertise, project experience, flexibility, and financial certainly—we will partner with the City and Port of Long Beach to develop a Civic Center that is reflective of its importance as one of the largest cities in California and as a center of commerce in the heart of Southern California. Our team has the skills and experience to create a modern and efficient City Hall, a functional and prominent headquarters for the Port of Long Beach, a vibrant commercial development, and community assets in a re-vitalized Lincoln Park and Library.

PECP has assembled an exceptional team deeply invested and committed to the City and its citizens—we've helped raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach, built two new playgrounds with KaBOOM!, and sponsored numerous organizations in the area, including:

  • American Red Cross
  • The Center Long Beach
  • Partners of the Parks
  • Long Beach Library Foundation
  • Boy Scouts of America
  • And many others!
