A Smart Public Investment



One of our team's main goals is to be smart about cost on this unique and important public investment—the PECP team will be responsible stewards of the budget and pledge to deliver the project with-in the City's budget, and being on schedule is big part of staying within budget. By keeping long-term efficiency in the forefront of our minds during the entire design process, we are able to create a more sustainable building that promote a lower-energy consumption (less gas and less water usage)—which is not only great for the environment and all of the buildings users, but also easier on the City's operating costs.

This new downtown Long Beach development will help generate an additional $4.2 million dollars worth of taxes per year—and ALL of that tax revenue goes directly to the City of Long Beach.
